(2b) Window blinds in the front entry area. (2c) String of lights in outdoor area. (2d) In the cubbies, there were empty plastic bags. (3c) Broken swimming pool in the backyard. (4c) Kichen light fixtures (florescent tubes) were nat attached properly (one was hanging down) eiyh no cover and not shatterproof. (4f) There was no safety gate on the stairway going to the upstairs in the entryway. There was a loose safety gate covering the bottom of the stairs in the playroom that was not secure. The rail between the sunken play room and dining space had spaces larger than 3.5 inches between.
